Your Guide~

I am Tanya, new earth mama to three precious earth angels, Medicine Womban and Energy Doula.

My voice is my medicine, my expression, my frequency ~ 

I used to suppress my voice to keep the peace and stay safe, out of fear of being rejected, unloveable, being too much or triggering others. This impacted me mentally, emotionally and physically and was a catalyst for me to go inwards.

Everything shifted when I realised that the golden thread was my relationship with myself, and that my inner state of being, emanates a frequency, creating through resonance. This shifted my relationships in the most profound way, having a voice. 

My infertility journey became an empowering personal rebirth allowing for deep healing and miracles. At the age of 36, we conceived our first son and at the age of 38, we conceived twins - my daughter and son.

My womb medicine journey has rippled beyond bringing my 3 angels earth-side, into all areas of my experience as I awaken to and embody my feminine essence,

A journey inwards expanding into who I truly am - remembering my truth, my multidimensionality, embracing the full spectrum of me, liberating my voice, stepping into my power, my soul calling and my spiritual gifts and creating a new path for myself and my children.
