My Conception Journey
I am devoted to being a guide and holding a sacred space for you to get into a more optimal flow, mind-body-spirit, for conception and beyond.
Driven by my personal 4-year journey with infertility, stage 4 endometriosis, high anxiety, low ovarian reserve, one fallopian tube, and going through 5 IVF treatments with all the ups and downs that came with it... to having three healthy children.
The emotional roller-coaster was so intense, trying everything and anything that could possibly increase my chances of conceiving, yet never knowing what was working, lacking clarity on what my body needed on my unique journey to conceive.
Energy healing, reconnecting with myself as well as simple powerful practices, changed the trajectory of my journey to conception. I felt empowered with deeper insight into what I needed to get into a more balanced state of being to conceive, giving us the best chance of conceiving and having a healthy pregnancy.
As I got into a more balanced state - I no longer suffered from anxiety, endometriosis and my egg quality increased.
At the age of 36, we conceived our first son and at age 38 we conceived twins, daughter, and son
- we have three precious children.
